Each batch of Catlins Forest Flowers Honey is unique depending on the season and the timing of the honey harvest, but they all have one thing in common - they're delicious! This variety of honey comes from the native trees that bloom in the Catlins area, predominately Kamahi and Rata. The honey is creamed (a controlled crystalisation process) to ensure a long lasting, fudgy texture with no crunchy crystals.
