Harvested from the brilliant red blossoms of New Zealand's native Southern Rātā, this honey is known for its buttery taste, smooth, firm texture, and pale colour. Our 100% pure honey comes from the remote Catlins Forest, and is a relatively rare honey with the rātā making a good bloom only once very few years.
